1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the product condition.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products opened or consumed after delivery
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Products purchased during special promotional or clearance sales
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
3. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification of the issue.
Our support team will guide you through the process to ensure a quick resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video
- Your order details
Our team will review the request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return or replacement is due to a damaged or incorrect product, RiyaFoods will bear the return shipping cost.
For other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
